Castle Rock uses Office 365 to provide staff and students with email, online productivity apps and cloud storage space.
We provide every student with their own individual Office 365 account which they access through the Unify web platform.
As part of the Microsoft licensing model every student can download and install the latest version of Microsoft Office on up to five of their own personal devices at home, for free. The license is valid for the student's time at Castle Rock, after which it expires.
There are versions of Microsoft Office for PC, Apple Mac, iPad and iPhone, Android devices and Windows mobile.
Windows 7 or later is required for installation on PC, Mac OS X requires version 10.10 (Yosemite) or higher.
