The Woman In Black

Posted 10th November 2015.

We were very privileged to have been offered last minute tickets for a London theatre trip to see The Woman In Black, last week.

The trip offered Performing Arts students the opportunity to see the West End production of the spooky tale followed by an acting workshop, led by a professional West End actor at the theatre itself!

The students had a fantastic day, here are some of their comments and reviews;

"I can't believe we got the chance to work with a professional actor! We even got to stand on the actual stage!!!"
Chloe L

"The show was scary and made me jump; the acting was amazing, I absolutely loved it!
Jordan W

"The acting was exceptional; they built suspense throughout the performance. It was a very unexpected performance, nothing like anything I have ever seen; it was amazing!”
Katie W

"Best spine chiller ever!"
Chloe W

"Every second of the play had meaning, I was transfixed!"
Morgan R

“The show was absolutely fantastic the way it built suspense was different but very entertaining. I liked the inventive use of the curtain and back of the stage as the grave yard the stairs and the nursery. The way all the characters were depicted by just two actors was very entertaining. I think that The Woman in Black was a good experience and I would definitely like to do a similar thing again.”
