Pledge Form

We will also be asking your children to pledge to take action if they have any concerns that they are someone they know may be getting groomed and we will be displaying these around the school. You could use your own pledge card as a conversation starter with your child.

Inform them that they will be emailed this presentation to help them have the conversation with their child, know the signs and know what to do if they have concerns.

(Note the pledge cards are in the school packs Lesson 3 Activity 4. They can be printed multiple to a page and cut out. The reason for asking parents to make a pledge is that behaviour change research indicates that if someone publicly commits to do something they are more likely to go ahead and do it).

I am in agreement with the above:*
